I primarily work with beginners and those with anxiety around the gym and fitness. Helping my clients feel confident and comfortable in the gym and in their daily lives is my favorite part of training! I believe that everyone can find exercise that they enjoy and that improves their life. Through my programming and coaching I have helped clients lose weight, lower their A1C, lower blood pressure, and feel more confident in amd out of the gym. Whether you're looking to change your life or just get some experience, I'm here to help. I believe that finding the right form of exercise is more important for most people than doing the 'ideal' workout. The best exercise is the one you'll actually do! I also have experience with nutrition, as I took a course at OSU and have studied it extensively in the following years. I follow a vegan diet, but have helped several clients with making a lifestyle change that suits their own needs. I do NOT provide meal plans but I will help you to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle and diet.
Clients train in my private gym. Gym is indoors, with A/C and heat. Can utilize a full gym setup.
I travel to train at your chosen location. We can use equipment available, and I will provide basic equipment.
I provide a 4 week program personally made for you based on your goals and any equipment available to you. I provide weekly coaching, check ins, form checks, and nutrition coaching.
