Here&#8217;s a quick guide on how to get started.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a workout, start by clicking the&nbsp;<strong>Workouts<\/strong> button on the bottom of your screen. You can also choose the <strong>My Favorites&nbsp;<\/strong>(your favorite workouts) or the&nbsp;<strong>All Clients&nbsp;<\/strong>(make a workout for all of your clients). After you choose the client, click the + in the top right area of your screen. This includes the name of the workout, the date\/time, the frequency of the workout, and all of the exercises that you would like the workout to contain.
