Here&#8217;s how to view your nutrition plans so you do the necessary preparations.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the dashboard, you can view your upcoming nutrition plans in two ways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.) Events assigned to you for the day will appear in your <strong>Today<\/strong> section. You can navigate to all of your nutrition plans that your trainer assigned to you in the past and the ones you have coming up.
