Here’s how to quickly check your nutrition history.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tip:<\/strong> If you’re going to be using this as a reference in the future, make sure all the details you record under your nutrition are complete and accurate (yes, even cheat meals). This way you can guarantee an accurate picture for when you do reference you nutrition data in FitSW. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a client reading this<\/strong> and you aren’t able to input your nutrition details, ask your trainer to give you the right permissions to do so in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view your nutrition plan, click the \u201chamburger icon,\u201d and click the Nutrition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will now be able to view all of the nutritions that either you (if your personal trainer has given you the necessary permissions) or your personal trainer has made for you.
