BECCAH KNOWS HER STUFF 💯!!! I thought it was over at 48 years old. I didn’t think I could shed my menopausal weight and get lean. Menopause is no joke! I’m one of those that has tried all the things. She dialed in my macros and I shed 10lbs in 3 months and was NEVER hungry. As a matter of fact I’ve never enjoyed food more than I do now! Beccah, the owner and personal trainer for The Fit Garage, is an amazing trainer! I have been working out with her workouts for about 2 1/2 years. She offers both in-person workouts and online workouts. I live about 2 hours away from her and do the online workouts. She designs every workout around my specific needs. I have issues with my hip/back, knee and foot and exercises are tailored to improve my strength and mobility. I do workouts 5 days a week and each day we focus on a different area with different exercises. When I started the workouts they were beginner friendly and not intimidating at all. She gives you a short video or explanation on how to do each exercise. As I gained muscle, strength, and experience, she gradually increased the difficulty. Her approach works for everyone from beginners to skilled athletes. Her personal attention is amazing! Just because I live far away doesn’t mean I miss out on face to face interaction! We have done several FaceTime sessions and phone calls so she can assess my progress and adjust my program. Her communication skills are excellent, and she’s incredibly hands-on despite the distance. Beccah also offers nutritional coaching to align your meals with your goals. She also will from time to time run incentive competitions with prizes to keep you motivated! She makes working out fun! I would highly recommend Beccah as a personal trainer, her expertise and personalized approach, genuine care for her clients’ success make her and exceptional trainer.
