My passion for fitness began more than 5 years ago. I adecided to lose weight and achieved the changes I wanted.
I fell in love with this profession, and I discovered my purpose. A year ago I managed to obtain my certificate as a personal trainer and a Zumba instructor. In 2015 and 2016 I competed in NPC Bikini; obtaining 5th place in the Open Class B category.
I love helping people, especially helping them find a balance between their mind, body, and soul.

Mi pasión por el fitness comenzó hace más de 5 años. Me propuse bajar de peso y logré los cambios que tanto deseaba.
Me enamoré tanto de esta profesión, que descubrí mi vocación. Fue así que hace un año logré obtener mi certificado como entrenador personal, ademas soy instructora de zumba y en el 2015 y 2016 competí en NPC Bikini; obteniendo el 5to lugar en la categoría Open Class B.
Amo ayudar a las personas, en especial ayudarles a encontrar ese balance entre
mente, cuerpo y alma.
