Workout results tracking is a key component for trainers and clients to see how a client is doing during their workout. Here are the steps for a client to enter their workout results:
1) Navigate to the Workouts screen.
2) Select the particular workout you would like to enter results for.
3) Tap the “Results” button.
4) New Results fields will display under each field within your assigned exercises. Enter the results data in these fields. When done, click “Done Results”.
5) Your results will be saved. You or your trainer can then see them at any time by clicking “Results” again.
This feature can help with client workout results tracking and these results can then later be viewed in the “Exercise Progress” screen.
