Tasks, commonly referred to as goals, are a great way to increase your client’s engagement and retention!
To view the tasks that your personal trainer has set for you, click on the Tasks button on the top portion of your screen. (See image below.)
You will be redirected to the Tasks page. This is the page where you can see all of the tasks that your personal trainer/fitness coach has given to you. If your trainer has given you permission, you can add your own tasks by clicking the Add Task button in the top right portion of your screen.
