My client is not receiving email notifications. How can I fix this?

If for some reason some of your clients aren't getting email notifications, have them check their spam folder and if it is not there they can contact their email provider to ask them to allow emails from admin@fitsw.com. You can also follow these steps for specific email providers:

Outlook, Hotmail or Windows email:
  1. In your email Inbox, click on the gear icon (which represents the Settings Menu).
  2. Click "Options".
  3. Under "Junk Email", click "Safe Senders".
  4. In the box that says "Enter a sender or domain here", you will enter admin@fitsw.com information then click (+) the plus sign to "Add" the sender to the Safe Senders List.
  5. Finally, click "Save" at the top and emails will no longer be blocked.

Google Mail or Gmail:
  1. Click on the big "Gmail" top left and select "Contacts"
  2. Click on the + Button in the lower right.
  3. Fill in the contact card with the name (FitSW Team) and the email address (admin@fitsw.com)
  4. Emails will no longer be blocked once you do the above.



I forgot my password - what should I do?

On the Sign In page, click the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive an email with an updated password.

A few of our customers have had the email directed to spam or had their email provider block it completely. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and if it is not there contact your email provider and ask them to allow emails from admin@fitsw.com. You can also follow these steps for specific email providers:

How do I change the name my clients see in the automated emails that they receive?

You can change your Display Name from your email address to a business name, your personal name or anything else and this will be the name your clients see in emails and on the site. You can change this Display Name on your Account Settings page.


I noticed some exercises weren't listed in the drop down when I tried creating a workout. Why?

There are some exercises that if they are in the Cardio group, on the add workout page you have to click "Add Cardio" instead of "Add Exercise" in order to see them in the drop down list. This is because they have different parameters like Distance, Incline, etc.
