To connect a device to Google Fit:
1) Open Wear OS on your smart watch or other wearable fitness device.
2) Press Set It Up to connect your wearable device to your phone.
And
1) Download the Google Fit app to the wearable fitness device.
2) Sign in and connect your Google Fit account.
FitSW will request access to:
- Activity Data
- Heart Rate (BPM)
- Calories Burned
- Steps
- Body Fat %
- Weight
