How To Set Up Client & Trainer Automated Email Reminders (Web)

Reminders can be sent out to both you and your clients. They help everyone!

Setting up Client & Trainer Automated Email Reminders is easy and very useful. This enables both personal trainers and clients to stay updated on everything that happens within the software and the app.

To change automated email reminders, click on the Account button in the top right portion of the screen. Once the pull-down menu appears, click on the Settings button to continue. (See image below.)

Once on the Settings page, scroll down to the Client Automated Email Settings & My Email Automated Settings. This is where you can change your settings regarding email reminders. Both the personal trainer and the client can be notified, via email, when a new workout is created or completed, a new diet is created or completed, a new task is created or completed, a new schedule is created, and a new message or comment has been sent. (See images below.)
