We recently released a brand new workout program feature. While it is still in its beta stage, we have released multiple new features to our workout program feature! This is because of the feedback our users provide, so please do not hesitate to reach out and give us your thoughts! These new features include the ability to add workouts, tasks, and diets to your workout programs, the ability to easily edit or delete events on a specific day, and other usability improvements!
What is the Workout Program Feature?
Our workout program feature enables fitness professionals to create full workout programs and assign them to clients with the click of a button. Therefore, if you have a similar workout program that you give to multiple clients, you can make a workout program and then easily assign it to multiple clients. Also, you can always edit your programs. This means you never have to worry about sending the client programs that will not help them reach their goals.
This new feature takes your favorite workouts, tasks, and diets and compiles them into detailed lists. Choose which event you want to happen on which day and assign it to your clients. Creating comprehensive workout plans for your clients just got a whole lot easier!
New Features & Updates
You now have the ability to add workouts, meal plans, and tasks to your workout programs. In addition to this, there is no limit to the events you can assign each day, enabling you to create detailed workout programs for your clients. Also, each event has a color associated with it: Workouts are blue, tasks are green, and diets are red. This makes it easy to identify what event is assigned on what day.
With these new additions, you can now create workout programs that consist of only tasks, diets, workouts, or a mix of the three! This makes it easy to create detailed and comprehensive fitness plans for your clients.
Deleting or Editing Workout Programs
You now have the ability to easily delete or edit existing workout programs. You have the option to delete the entire workout program or events within the program itself. Additionally, you can edit any event or day with the click of a button. This means there is no need to worry about an incomplete program, as you can refine and update your programs at any time!
Where Can I Find the Workout Program Feature?
You can find the workout program feature on the bottom of the Clients page. In addition, the Clients page is where you can find all of your client’s workouts, tasks, diets, graphs, progress photos, and other information. For more information on this page, visit our blog article on our Personal Training Client Workout, Diet, Task Dashboard. Under the My Favorites, you will see a “Programs” button. Click this and it will redirect you to our workout program feature. While there are 3 different buttons, they will all lead you to the same workout program dashboard.
In conclusion, this new feature makes it easy to create long-term workout plans for your clients. FitSW lets you take all of your favorite workouts, meal plans, and tasks and enables you to make comprehensive fitness plans with them.
