We here at FitSW have been working hard to improve our software across all platforms. Recently, we have fully translated our Android app to Spanish, redesigned both the website and the iOS app, and released countless articles loaded with important information and numerous personal training tips. Additionally, over the past month, we have released 8 new versions of our Android personal training app. Above all, these updates have helped eliminated crashes, fix various bugs, and speed up the app. In addition to these recent updates, we are very excited to announce that we have a brand new personal trainer workout program feature! This new feature enables you to create, save, and assign full workout programs with the click of a button!
What is the Personal Trainer Workout Program Feature?
This personal trainer workout program feature enables fitness professionals to create full workout programs and assign them to clients with the click of a button. Therefore, if you have a similar workout program that you give to multiple clients, you can make a workout program and then easily assign it to multiple clients. Also, you can always edit your programs or change an exercise/workout. This means you never have to worry about sending the client workouts or exercises that were not intended.
This new feature takes your favorite workouts and compiles them to a comprehensive list for you to choose from. Also, our personal trainer workout program feature allows you to create programs for up to 365 days! Assigning workout programs for your clients just got a whole lot easier!
Where Can I Find the New Workout Program Feature?
Finding our new personal trainer workout program feature is very easy! The steps to creating your first workout program are as follows:
1.) Navigate to the Client List screen. (See image below.)
2.) Scroll to the bottom of the Client List page. Under the workouts column, there will be a button labeled Programs. Click this button. (See image below.)
3.) Once you are on the Programs page, click the Add Program button. (See image below.)
4.) Enter in the length of the workout program, the name of this program, and any other notes you wish. After this is complete, click Start Building. (See image below.)
5.) Assign your favorited workouts to the days you wish. Additionally, choose the dates you wish your workouts to repeat. (See image below.)
6.) After filling out all of the information, you are ready to assign your workout program to your clients. (See image below.)
Congratulations, you just created your first personal trainer workout program! Also, if you ever need to edit or change details in your workout programs, simply click on the name of the program in the Workout Programs section.
In conclusion, this new feature makes it easy to create long-term workout plans for your clients. In other words, FitSW lets you take all of your favorite workouts and enables you to make comprehensive fitness plans with them.
