Fitness Software Features

Progress Tracking Graphs – iOS Update

Recently, we added many new features to our progress tracking graphs! We are excited to announce that the same features are now on the FitSW’s iOS app! Additionally, these features will be on Android shortly!

Our exercise progress graphs now support multiple sets! You can now view the workout history for each set you assigned your personal training clients. Additionally, all of your sets data is automatically inputted directly into beautiful looking graphs! We have also added the amount of sets to our “Table Format” view for our tracking graphs. You have always had the ability to view in either a graph or a table format. However, now you can see the sets a client was assigned and the number of sets that they completed. This will help trainers adjust their workouts based on what has worked for clients in the past.

How To View New Graphs

Our new exercise graphs will automatically input workout data and show you data in either graph or table form. To view this page, click the icon that has an arrow circling a clock (see image above – its a History icon). This is available beside any exercise in a workout. By clicking on this icon, you will be redirected to a new screen that will show the specific exercise’s history. This enables trainers to see what has worked for clients in the past and build workouts around this information.

Exercise Progress Graphs – Sets

Our exercise progress graphs now show multiple sets, instead of only the first set. Looking at the picture above, you can see that these graphs are for the first set of an exercise. These graphs now show every set assigned during a workout. In these exercise progress graphs, you can see the planned vs. completed reps/weight on every set you assign a client. If you assigned a client 5 sets at 120 lbs, but they only did 4 sets at 120 lbs, you will be able to see this difference on our exercise progress graphs. Trainers can see when their clients are having success or are struggling and adjust their workouts accordingly.

Progress Tracking Graphs – Table Format

Alongside the graphs, our table format also shows the sets your clients completed. You can now view how many sets, reps, or weight that they actually completed. The only difference between the graph view and the table view is how the data is showed. Or in other words, they will contain the same data, but just show them in a different way. You can see every exercise that you have assigned a client in these tables. In addition, you can see the data, total number of sets, reps, and the amount of weight your client completed.

Updated Graph Look

Along with the new exercise progress tracking graphs, we also added some design improvements to the progress graphs. Our graphs now have color filling in the bottom, which makes the graphs not only look better, but they are easier to analyze.
