New Exercise Progress Update & Features
We here at FitSW are thrilled to announce our new exercise progress update! With this update comes multiple new features. This includes the ability to view exercise progress graphs when adding a new exercise to a workout, a new exercise progress screen, and usability improvements. Additionally, these new features are live! You can go check out these new features with your own data!
Exercise Progress Graphs When Adding Exercises
When adding an exercise to a workout, you now have the ability to view that specific exercise’s complete history. We recently adding the feature to view the history of your clients performance regarding a specific exercise. Now, you can view the history directly from the Exercise Details page. Personal trainers can now create even more customized workouts. You can view what results your clients produced last time and adjust your workouts based on their history. Previously, you could only view and exercise’s history from the workout creation screen. Now you can view it directly when adding an exercise to a workout. Fitness professionals can now view the exercise history when adding an exercise, the workout creation screen, and in our new Exercise Progress screen.

In addition to adding the ability to view an exercise’s workout history when adding a workout, we also added a new Exercise Progress screen. This is where you can find a comprehensive history on every exercise you have assigned for your clients. With this new screen, it is now easier than ever to stay updated on your clients results.
From the new Exercise Progress screen, you can now view the date that the exercise data was entered. In addition, you can view the sets, reps, and weights your clients were assigned vs. how many that actually completed. This enables fitness coaches to see the specifics of a clients ability and tailor custom workouts based on their history. Analyzing workout data is an important part of helping your clients reach their fitness goals. Where they able to lift the weight you assigned? Did they complete the first 2 sets but trail off at the end? With FitSW’s exercise progress graphs, you can find this data and more with the click of a button.
